This album was crafted over the span of approximately two years. Half of the project is dark, abstract and melancholic, while the other half is bright, warm and hopeful; as to reflect the natural balance of life. Melodic elements of Jazz and Neo Soul, traversing percussive vibrations of Hip Hop - paint Venuz's exploration through an infinite world of harmony and rhythm, taking you on a journey which goes beyond the individual and taps into the spirit within each each and every one of us.

The project is comprised of Venuz's signature flavors - crunchy drum grooves laced with silky, intricate rhodes progressions, seasoned with melodic ear candy and suspended over atmospheric soundscapes. Additionally, Venuz incorporates various mind-bending time signature experiments, such as a 5/4 drum sequence on "Fifth Dimension" or 6/4 chord progressions over 4/4 beats on "One Step Down" and "Beyond".

Equally as important as production is engineering, which Venuz took a unique approach to for this album, using generous amounts of saturation on his drums and opting for warmer and richer mixes overall.
